How to use:
Shake well - Apply once or twice daily -  spritz 2-6 sprays on your arms, legs, feet, back and stomach area and massage in circular motions. Apply every evening after your shower, when your skin is clean and warm, and your pores are more open, to get the full benefits.

- Magnesium oil might sting/itch a bit once applied, this is normal and won't last. Avoid facial area.
