1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
  • Any products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to our strict hygiene standards.
  • Returns can be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via email at info@bhavananyc.com to inform them about the return and provide the necessary details.
  • Carefully pack the eligible product(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Inspection and Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect them to verify eligibility for a refund.
  • If the returned items meet our criteria (unopened and unused), we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Exchanges:

  • As we cannot accept returns for opened products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you will need to place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs in such cases. You will need to provide proof.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or resellers are not eligible for return or refund through BHĀVANĀ NYC.

8. Exceptions:

  • In the case of special circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this return policy at our discretion.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option via USPS, UPS or FedEx insured parcel post, because BHĀVANĀ NYC will not be responsible for lost returns.

Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.
